This store is very disorganized with the added annoyance of customers being repeatedly handed over to several different techs/Apple staff. Additionally, multiple apple staff members were just standing around talking to one another vs. asking me if I needed help. On a positive note, the tech member I was eventually assigned to today was very good and thorough and kept her cool while helping me for about 3 hours (5 stars for her). The rest of my experience was severely lacking and considering the cost of Apple products, this is unacceptable to the point where I may not be purchasing any more Apple products in the future. Also, not having a bathroom available for customers is absolute BS! I’m certain I was lied to when I was told no bathroom was available due to construction and I was in this store for 4 hours due to technical issues with my iphone and watch. I won’t be purchasing any more Apple products if this is how Apple treats its customers! I spent over $1,000 just to be treated like garbage. And regardless of how much one spends, NO ONE should ever be treated like this!

Was told they couldn’t repair my device the first time. Bought a replacement. Second time my phone blew up (probably since it was refurbished by them), they didn’t take responsibility so they urged me to buy a replacement. Went for a cracked back panel, said they couldn’t fix. Urged me to buy a replacement. Left the store and Asurion fixed it for 130 in a few hours. Stop treating the people who give you your paychecks like cattle.

I was told I’d have to wait 45 minutes to buy an iphone. I was going to pay $1,300 for a phone and I was going to have to wait 45 minutes to do so. Let that sink in. As I was about to buy it online, the 45 minute wait turn to zero and I was able to buy my phone. Hooray

Drove there an hour last week and they were shut down for some dumb reason. Construction or something. So today I told a lady they were shut down. I happen to drive past it and they’re open. So I screwed up that woman’s day. Make up your mind if you’re going to stay open or not!!!!!

Booked an appointment yesterday 12/28/21 which never got confirmed by email, most probably cause the employee never clicked the button. Impossible to enter the store after that, no way to see a manager, and no way to even communicate with an employee inside. This is scandalous knowing I organized my day to free myself for my 6:00 PM appointment.

I came to this store around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon to trade in my battered iPhone for a newly refurbished one. I did not finish getting everything done until nearly 7pm. This establishment still receives 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received.

Leslie, the store manager, emphatically apologized for the wait time while also reducing my bill because I waited patiently. Zach, one of the techs, advised me to visit my cell carrier so that I could get a new screen protector for free (saved me $45). Despite the long wait times, these people are obviously doing the best they can to deliver outstanding service. I am very happy with my new phone!

Friendly service. Must make an appointment or wait to make a purchase. The staff are not knowledgeable about Android devices making it difficult for them to advise you about migrating from Android to Apple.

They also double charged me for a headphone jack adapter however when I called the store the manager promised to fix it if I return to the store within 30 days. He also said he would send a message to his employees about the issue.

Brilliant marketing by Apple—a store built around everything other than actually selling products. Over a dozen staff (associates? geniuses? iArtists? I have no idea what fancy names they have) and only one person staffing the online pickup line. After waiting for about twenty minutes and watching the staff member serve two customers, we are informed: “the line generally starts that way.” It is only then that we realize that in the midst of this very crowded store, there appear to be some customers approximating what might be a line heading off one side of the order pickup table. We are now in the back of the line, and wait another twenty minutes. All this just to get an order that we have already paid for online. I’m sure the hype and warm bodies milling about the store is great for marketing, but terrible customer service experience. I guess that’s what we agree to put up with when we try to buy these shiny new things. As you can probably tell, I’m not an Apple user, just a begrudging family member of Apple aficionados getting my loved ones their fave gadgets for the holiday. At least I won’t need to brave another pristine inefficient unstructured shiny hellstore for another year!

It was quick and nice service. I made an appointment at Genius tech and it was smooth and didn’t have to wait. My problem was physical issue (tip of charger was stuck in a charging port). The staff looked at it and removed the tip within 5 minutes. It was a free of charge.

This was only my second time visiting an Apple store. With that said, I was unaware of their guidelines and spent over an hour waiting for service. I decided to approach the counter to inquire about my place in the que. The young lady (MARIA) not only apologized for the wait, but was able to answer questions regarding my Mac and offered suggestions for an upgrade. She was kind, knowledgeable and exceedingly professional.

Make an appointment online before you go.
We have not had a bad experience at this location.
Service was always pretty good and efficient regardless it was for purchase or tech support.
    Store was kept clean.
It can get crowded here just like all other apple stores, & In that case, patience is essential 😉

I had an outstanding experience at the Apple store in Columbia, MD. I visited the store to get my iPhone 13 Pro Max display repaired, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help.

The process of getting my phone repaired was seamless and efficient. The technician who worked on my phone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained the repair process to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure before starting.

The repair itself was completed in a timely manner, and I was amazed at the quality of the work. My phone looks as good as new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The technician took the time to thoroughly test my phone to ensure that everything was in working order, and they even cleaned it for me.

Overall, my visit to the Apple store in Columbia, MD was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the repair process was seamless and efficient. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of Apple repair services. If you’re looking for top-notch service and excellent results, this is the place to go!

I went to this Apple Store location made the appointment to fix my crack iPad screen finding out that they don’t fix or repair devices at this store only replace the device for fast service. I felt a little disappointed but I had apple care which there service only cost me $49 for a new replacement and transfer data over. The one apple employee was very quick, friendly, knowledgeable and explained all the information and options time of completion 40 minutes. My experience I was lucky to get the good apple employee this time.

I ordered a new phone case from the Apple Store App. Added the QR code to wallet, and drove over. Somebody helped me right away with my pickup. All I had to do was have them scan the QR code and verify my ID, and I was good to go. It took no longer than 5 minutes to get my case. The worker I spoke with asked me how I like my iPhone and why I am getting a new case. A good, friendly environment.

I made an appointment for today 10/29 at 3. I walked to the store and ask one of the employees about my appointment and he stated that they can only checked me in 10 minutes prior to my appointment. As I looked around other employees are just walking around not helping customers. I walked to another employee and asked the same question. He said ohhh yes you have to wait until your time. I was like wow that’s crazy. The employee made a comment on how is not crazy and when you go to your doctors appointment and have to wait and won’t be seen until the time you are scheduled(not always true) and walked away. Who is he to make a smart comment on what transpires when I go to my doctor’s. For a company as big as Apple they should have better customer service. Horrible!!!
