This store is very disorganized with the added annoyance of customers being repeatedly handed over to several different techs/Apple staff. Additionally, multiple apple staff members were just standing around talking to one another vs. asking me if I needed help. On a positive note, the tech member I was eventually assigned to today was very good and thorough and kept her cool while helping me for about 3 hours (5 stars for her). The rest of my experience was severely lacking and considering the cost of Apple products, this is unacceptable to the point where I may not be purchasing any more Apple products in the future. Also, not having a bathroom available for customers is absolute BS! I’m certain I was lied to when I was told no bathroom was available due to construction and I was in this store for 4 hours due to technical issues with my iphone and watch. I won’t be purchasing any more Apple products if this is how Apple treats its customers! I spent over $1,000 just to be treated like garbage. And regardless of how much one spends, NO ONE should ever be treated like this!By M B (3 months ago)Was told they couldn’t repair my device the first time. Bought a replacement. Second time my phone blew up (probably since it was refurbished by them), they didn’t take responsibility so they urged me to buy a replacement. Went for a cracked back panel, said they couldn’t fix. Urged me to buy a replacement. Left the store and Asurion fixed it for 130 in a few hours. Stop treating the people who give you your paychecks like cattle.By Phil (5 months ago)I was told I’d have to wait 45 minutes to buy an iphone. I was going to pay $1,300 for a phone and I was going to have to wait 45 minutes to do so. Let that sink in. As I was about to buy it online, the 45 minute wait turn to zero and I was able to buy my phone. HoorayBy Yoel Kelman (a month ago)Drove there an hour last week and they were shut down for some dumb reason. Construction or something. So today I told a lady they were shut down. I happen to drive past it and they’re open. So I screwed up that woman’s day. Make up your mind if you’re going to stay open or not!!!!!By Julie Jules (3 months ago)Booked an appointment yesterday 12/28/21 which never got confirmed by email, most probably cause the employee never clicked the button. Impossible to enter the store after that, no way to see a manager, and no way to even communicate with an employee inside. This is scandalous knowing I organized my day to free myself for my 6:00 PM appointment.By Elior Manier (a year ago)

It is the most aesthetically beautiful Apple Stores I have ever been to.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They certainly knew their stuff.
The visit was shorter than expected but was well worth the trip.
ThanksBy Gary Jelks (3 months ago)Beautiful store with all the latest gadgets. Friendly customer service reps. Street parking only.available. I deleted a star since they didnt give me no trade in credit for my ipad air 16 gb gently used when the store in nj months ago said they would give me $30 credit and NO student or military discount offered on new airpods 2nd generation. That seemed fishy but i didnt feel like causing a scene tonight. But they did help me in 12 minutes i was in and out of the store.By Shaniece Degazon (5 months ago)Very spacious and with plenty of help walking around. I enjoyed the live class going on at the Lobby. The trainer was super committed.By Wilmer Chavarria (6 months ago)This is a very cool building to visit. The history behind it is also very interesting which you can learn all about it in the basement. The building is very clean!! Lots of staff available to help answer any questions you may have. The first and main floor is the Apple store but it’s not like a regular Apple store. There is a huge selection of all of Apple’s products. On the second floor is a digital art gallery and the library but they were both clothed when I came on a Saturday. Still a cool visit and it’s free to enter and walk around.By Vi Rodriguez (a year ago)They are really helpful here at this establishment..I went to take my Pro Max to learn more about it because this is my first iPhone and I wanted the best one to get the full advantage and experience…it’s definitely worth it 😍By BlkPearl Kee (7 months ago)
