I drove my sister’s friends here to pick up their iPhones. The store is located inside North Park Mall, right outside of Nordstrom. There were no lines, and we got greeted by a worker right away. The whole process took less than 10 mins. The store was clean and had all Apple products displayed if you wanted to play around. I did feel pressured because the employees kept coming up to ask if I needed any help while I was browsing for my group to take care of their business. Still, it’s much better than the Galleria location which always has a huge line outside with a wait time of 20-30 mins.By Uyen Le (7 months ago)I came to the store to fix my AirPods, they did the diagnostic, and they told me that the right one is not functioning. That means they are bad, so I tried to buy the new one because she convinced me to buy it so she told me I need to take the old one and give you the new one. I told her no I paid for my AirPods and now I need the new one they told me no, I don’t know why Apple workers they treat customer like this it’s one of the biggest companies and you should treat me. The manager told me call the customer service??!!! All all my devices are Apple and now I don’t know why they don’t wanna sel me the new one. I try to buy it and do the Apple care but they told me sorry we cannot do that it’s kind of like they kick me out.By Sam Fk (a month ago)Had a terrible experience on iPhone 14 Launch day! The employee was trying to force me to get apple care made up fake stories & wouldn’t take no for an answer 3 times! Then told me I got a screen protector that they “couldn’t put on because they’re not liable” if it’s done wrong I was in shock after I spent 1.2k & had the audacity to say that when he was trying to force me to leave with apple care can’t imagine if I bring the phone in broken we’re not liable since you dropped it on “concrete” the employees seemed out of it, should’ve been an exciting day if you don’t like the job or can’t handle the heat in the kitchen find another job! 🫡By Ricky M (6 months ago)Overall a good experience. The guy who helped me was super professional and helped with my issue. Only complaint is that I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes even with an apt. As well, I think they should have a better system for those waiting to know their place in line or something. But overall would recommend this location.By Hannah Fernald (5 months ago)Happy to see it in good health. So many malls have lost so many tenants. Don’t know exactly what they are doing to keep it running smoothly but kudos to them!
Still just a wonderful mall to visit.By Sayer Canova (3 months ago)

The incredibly long wait time wouldn’t be quite so debilitating if it weren’t for the terrible waiting area. They have twenty or thirty small boxes that they expect you to sit on for some ungodly amount of time. While it’s kinda funny to watch the employees try to balance airpods on their knee when there is not enough room to work at the tables, it’s a fleeting joy. The service ultimately was good once we eventually got it but having to wait for an hour and thirty minutes in spite of having an appointment is just not a good time for anyone.By Terry Ransom (3 months ago)We came to this location to buy an Apple Watch for my daughter’s birthday gift. After waking in, we were greeted at the door and introduced to Courtney. Courtney welcomed us, and walked us over to the watches. She went over our options, then took us over to another table so we could try the watches on and see what they looked like with different bands. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions. After we made our selection, she bagged the watch and checked us out.
We were literally in and out in 15 minutes, she made the purchase fast and easy. We surprised my daughter with her new Apple Watch on her birthday and she absolutely loved it. It was a great decision to buy here!
I highly recommend this location for fast and friendly service. If you get the opportunity to work with Courtney, you’ll be in great hands.
By Monica Hernandez (11 months ago)Like most apple stores this stores is pack most of the items that we have been there. This last time we were there to buy a phone for my daughter. The guy that help us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he made recommendations on how to get the most out of my daughters phone and he helps us activate it and get the credit for the old phone that we left there. We’ll definitely be back to this store.By Gerardo Guerra (9 months ago)The way this store operates … the way that the store geniuses operate as a family — as a unit — immaculate. Thank you Erin for taking care of me today! Can’t wait to put this iPad to use! I had an amazing experience today and wouldn’t trade it for the world.By Krystal Hills (7 months ago)Pretty good experience straight from the entrance. Promptly asked what I needed help with, was coming in for an appointment, to which I was very late for. They still took me in and Ivy helped me square away my issues. Very happy with the experience overall, fast and straight to what you need. Store is pretty big and spacious, parking is just around the corner.By Edgar Chimal R (4 months ago)

Great sales service here. The staff were very patient and helpful with the different options available in purchasing a new phone, trade in or repair my new cracked phone. Unfortunately, there were some technical problems getting connected with T-Mobile to finalized the sale to activate the account on T-mobile’s end and I was just waiting in the store for over an hour. It’s not the Apple’s store fault by the way but the manager was very patient trying to get connected numerous times. So while waiting, I took some pictures of the store.By Annette Goh (a year ago)I went into this location yesterday and had a fantastic experience. We were helped by two young ladies who helped us choose a new iPhone. They also helped us select two different Macs and they have incredible patience. The location was clean and easy to find. And the time that staff took to make sure that each guest was taken care of was duly noted. I just wish they had a wider range of stock available when it came to more tricked out model customizations. Larger customizations or two weeks out. Other than that this was a fantastic experience. The store was clean the entrance is very interesting. But I am not a total fan of the new open concept. I like the old Apple Genius Bar. Felt more like a retail store. This is definitely a new concept.By steve m (7 months ago)Purchase a phone online and schedule an appointment to pick it up inside the store. I arrived about 15 minutes early and I was able to get checked in and get my phone early before schedule time.
Great Experience
By Micheal W (11 months ago)Waited 40 minutes to be told Apple, the maker of the phone, can’t do anything in 3 seconds. The person checking you in should say that when you have a locked phone. Completely erasing the phone shouldn’t be the only option. And how condescending, for when the customer service rep tells you to sit down on a chair as they stand above you. Shows how much Apple really thinks they are better than everyone, yet can’t unlock a phone. Before I rant, the people working there, I’m not even mad at. they were fine. It’s the company training them to not be useful. I am not a customer, but my parents are unfortunately. My dad’s been having trouble concentrating and after putting the pin wrong a number of times it locked. Whenever I’m locked out of anything in the world, I have to verify my information to regain access. To have the only option be to erase and start from scratch is the laziest thing I’ve ever heard of. Here’s an idea, Apple product registered through outside email and then you make an apple account. You go to website to register the phone with all that including social security number. You get locked out, go to apple website to retrieve an unlock Pin which you have to verify everything I just said. Outside email account gets a link to where you login to your apple account and also have to enter social security number. Boom. Get pin number to unlock phone. The pin can be 12 numbers ,whatever. I’m done.By greenball141 (a week ago)I don’t really post bad reviews unless it’s a really bad experience for me. I been using apple products for years, especially iPhone. I also buy warranty with every new iPhone I purchase. This was the first time I haven’t purchased warranty, and less than six month after I purchased my iPhone 13 pro, the speakers started to going bad. Then the phone overheated during charging and screen went out. (With original charger). I have never seen that before. And seems like the phone was defective. So i took it to this store and i asked them that i want to fix it using the manufacturer warranty. After they checked it they said, “they can fix the speakers but for the screen since it never happened before they won’t be able to fix it.” The reason of not being covered by warranty, is so funny. Since it never happened before you should fix it. That means it’s defective and it is a internal issue. Worst part is, he said if i want to use warranty it’ll take 5,6 days to check and fix the speakers. But if i pay for the screen replacement, they can fix everything same day including speakers.
It’s ridiculous, pay cash for the phone and less than six month most important parts are going bad and for the defective phone they have sold, not only they didn’t take care of the issue, also, they want me to pay for the whole lcd which comes with the speakers, and that’s the way they would fix the speakers under warranty, with me paying for everything and it’ll get fixed same day! So this is the way apple warranty works, you pay for repair or replacement and it’ll get fixed “under warranty.”
I really didn’t expect such a horrible customer service experience from apple, after being their customer for all this years, and first time i had to use their manufacture warranty for their defective product and they didn’t want to take responsibility. I’m not going to use it anymore since I don’t want the phone exploding in my face next time!By Shahin Rasooli (3 months ago)
