It was a wonderful experience. My visit to Food City today was absolutely worth it. The Supermarket was very clean, fresh with myriad of great products. I interacted with several Food City employees and they were all courteous, pleasant and showed appreciation for my patronage.

Perfectly clean and well stocked Food City. Nothing completely out of the ordinary but I had no complaints. Great place to stock up on the necessities if you’re in Gatlinburg or going to Smoky Mountains National Park.

This was exactly what we needed since we were staying at a cabin right up the hill and down the road. Even captured a great pic of a bear just strolling around minutes from our cabin.
This grocery store has so many provisions for cabin renters and the 100’s of hikers. The prepared meats was perfect if that is your think because it really worked for us.

Nice store with a decent selection. I was really surprised at how much they had considering it is an “express” store was expecting something like a convenience store but glad it was better. Limited selection of bakery, deli and meats but has your basics of each same with food. Perfect for travelers wanting to get a few grocery items for the hotel.

Parkway location is good for quick needs. It’s bigger store has the best cake lady.she did us the best among us cake. No shortage of talent or creativity.

Got into pigeon forge and set up our trailer in the RV Park. Needed some snacks so we went on down to food City. Got what we needed and now we are just fine. Make sure to get the Moon pies!

I went here today for some Halibut and the gentleman at the fish counter was very helpful he even made a suggestion on how I might try cooking it. A good selection of other seafood items and not just fish or shrimp!!

I also wanted a fresh salad, which i made in their salad bar, but they had 6 dressing containers all with vinaigrette then had
1 with ranch.. no Italian no French no thousand islands and yea no Russian
The bar had lots of ingredients to choose from.

There’s a good selection of vegan & gluten free (if you’re into that). The prices are steep, but the environment is nice and you can get whatever ‘organic’ you’re looking for. But they replaced all my favorite tea with Stevia drinks, disappointed ,:( I understand, it’s just not for me. But it’s not the staff’s fault! They’re all pretty chill.

Same ole great coffee that I have been getting there for years. Good looking treats too! Looked like their menu was lengthier than before but i didn’t need food so I didn’t look. Love this place!

Full size, so that was nice. Stopped in pick up dessert. The lady at the counter was very friendly. The fruit tarts and almond croissants are so good!

Had a less than stellar shopping experience. They were out of stock on a sale item and the broccoli was not fresh. I asked the produce person if there was any fresher broccoli and the reply was blasé and all he said was sorry. He did not offer any suggestions for an alternative, like the bagged and washed broccoli for example. Also the isles were crowded with people and carts for stocking so hard to pass through the isles. I did mention all this to the manager and he made things right by giving me a 10 dollar gift card.
